August 9th. One year since we started the Colorado Health Insurance Insider. We were on blogspot for about a month before we decided to host the blog on our website.
Last year at this time, we knew a lot about health insurance in Colorado, since that’s our market. But being in the health care blogosphere has exposed us to all sorts of other related topics. We’ve read opines on American health care from doctors and politicians and fellow health insurance agents. We’ve seen perspectives similar to our own as well as wildly differing opinions – all written by knowledgeable, educated people who are experts in their fields. We’ve participated in plenty of debates regarding the direction that health care should take in this country, and what should be done to remedy the flaws in the current system.
On this, our first anniversary of writing about health insurance and all the ways it impacts our lives and our country, we’d like to take a moment to thank everyone who has read our articles over the past year. Thanks for stopping by. We’re looking forward to a great second year. I’m sure it will be an interesting one, with health care already cropping up frequently in political campaign news.
