More Hospital Options For Kaiser Members

May 23, 2025 By Jay Norris

Nobody loves needing hospital care. But when you do need it, having more choices and convenient locations makes a huge difference. That’s why it’s such good news that Kaiser Permanente is adding several more hospitals in the metro Denver area to their network.

Starting right away, Kaiser members have additional hospital options to make life a little easier when dealing with unexpected medical issues or planned procedures.

You Can Now Get Care at These New Kaiser-Affiliated Hospitals:

  • St. Anthony Hospital (Lakewood)
  • St. Anthony North Hospital (Westminster)
  • OrthoColorado Hospital (Lakewood)
  • Longmont United Hospital (Longmont)
  • Rose Medical Center (Denver)
  • Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center (Denver)

These new hospitals join the existing Kaiser network, which means you now have even more flexibility. Maybe one of these hospitals is closer to your home or your workplace, meaning less time traveling and more time focusing on feeling better.

Same Great Kaiser Care, Just More Locations

And here’s the best part: Kaiser’s own doctors and medical teams are already providing care at some of these locations, like St. Anthony, St. Anthony North, and Presbyterian St. Luke’s. These are experienced, caring professionals who understand Kaiser’s system, so you can expect the same high-quality treatment you’re used to.

Plus, more services are on the way soon! Starting this July, you can deliver your baby at Rose Medical Center, and oncology (cancer) care will expand at Presbyterian St. Luke’s and St. Anthony North. By October, St. Anthony North will also be welcoming new babies.

What Do You Need to Do?

Nothing at all right now. If you’re planning a surgery, elective procedure, or childbirth, your Kaiser medical team will help you choose the best hospital based on your needs. They’ll talk through your options, answer questions, and make sure everything is clear.

Keep an eye out for an email or a letter in the mail with all this info in the next week or so. You can also always visit kp.org/locations to explore your options, or reach out directly to your care team with any questions.

We hope this expansion helps simplify things for you and your family. It’s all about making care easier, more convenient, and closer to home.
